ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

​

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout according to package weight and distance and plus packaging materials.  On the odd occasion where the calculation is inaccurate (as shipping costs often change without our knowledge), we may need to contact you via email to arrange additional payment. Original artwork will be shipped within 14 days of the purchase date Australia wide (excluding sales times).

For smaller artwork it is usually FREE SHIPPING. Oversized artworks contact Sammy for the best shipping price.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

​

Please allow 1- 2 weeks for your custom-made print to be shipped.

If your print is being framed please allow at least 2 weeks as all prints and frames are custom made with love.  Your goods will be handled with utmost care and will be delivered to you carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed for delivery or placed in a hard tube. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up the goods directly from my studio. If goods are damaged in any way you have 14 days to notify me of said damage and I will attempt to rectify the situation at my earliest convenience. Please take photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging and send to sammy.ann.art@gmail.com.  I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.

Domestic Australia - Fragile shipping for framed canvases calculated at the checkout.

For all international shipping enquiries please email Sammy and she can set up an invoice for you that is inclusive of the correct international shipping costs. Below is a guide of what you can expect to pay for shipping internationally.

This shipping option is for all prints (19.6 inches) 50cm long, or smaller.

Any dimensions outside of those mentioned here will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please note, I am not responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with shipping to your country.

INSURANCE

For Australia and other international destinations, please note that insurance is not routinely included in the cost of shipping that you will pay at the checkout. If you would like you item to be insured, please email us and let us know and we will arrange this (if it is possible in the country you live) and the cost in a separate invoice. 

 
RESPONSIBILITY OF CORRECT ADDRESS

We triple-check all our parcels to make sure that they have the correct address, phone number and name on the labelling that you supply us.  Please know that we can’t be responsible for parcels that are lost or unattainable due to an incorrectly supplied address.
