Shipping Times:
Prints are made to order, so please allow 2-4 weeks for your custom-made print to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame. Keep in mind that if your print is being framed, please allow 4-5 weeks, as all prints and frames are custom-made with love. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this timeframe. Framed works are wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.
Shipping Costs:
Studio pick-up - free of charge.
Domestic Australia:
Rolled print in cylinder: free
Fragile shipping (framed canvas print): Around $50-$250, depending on size.
International Shipping:
Please select PICK UP at check-out and Sammy will email you a separate shipping quote. Rolled print in cylinder only: around $60–$200, depending on your country. Please note that not all duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.
Returns Policy:
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints simply for change of mind. You are most welcome to come to my studio to view the sample prints before your purchase, or I can also offer a video tour. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged print inside.
